Risiko Ergonomi Low Back Pain Bidan Dalam Menolong Persalinan Pada Bidan Praktik Mandiri

Abstract
Bidan dalam menjalankan tugas melayani pasien berisiko tinggi mengalami low back pain terutama saat menolong persalinan1. Gerakan berulang saat melakukan penjahitan , saat memindahkan pasien, membungkuk dan posisi statis berdiri dalam durasi lama. Dampaknya dalam jangka waktu panjang dari keluhan lowbackpain seperti kelainan struktur tulang, HNP sampai kepada kelumpuhan.2 Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan durasi kerja dan postur kerja dengan keluhan lowbackpain. Metode Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain observasional menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasinya adalah bidan yang berpraktik di wilayah kecamatan Cimanggis dengan sampel sebanyak 44 responden .Data dikumpulkan pada bulan Mei tahun 2015 menggunakan kuesioner dan menggunakan tools analisa risiko ergonomi yaitu RULA4, dianalisis secara deskriptif dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi square. Hasil Didapatkan bidan dengan keluhan lowbackpain berat sebesar 61%, low backpain ringan sebesar 17%. Analisa bivariat didapatkan hasil hubungan antara durasi kerja dengan lowbackpain p value 0,010 ( OR 6,417) dan postur kerja P 0,030 (OR 4,727). Kesimpulannya adalah terdapat hubungan antara durasi kerja dan postur kerja dengan keluhan lowbackpain. Saran Sebaiknya bidan bekerja dengan aman untuk tubuhnya dengan menjaga posisi tubuh yang baik dan meminimalisir gerakan berulang dan statis .
